Many IOT systems have been evaluated the last three or so years, 2012 - 2015, resulting in the selection of the FlyportPRO module for all our in-house needs. A prototyping board and a kit board are available at the product website. More info: datasheet, schematic, assembly, you may want to check out FlyportPRO Wiki, and FlyportPRO Website. FlyportPRO has its own IDE development software, but expertise with the C programming language is required.
